Earlier this week, Minnesota’s public libraries hosted Minnesota Author Project Adult Fiction winners Sarah Hanley and Thomas D. Peacock in conversation Kaylin Creason, librarian from Washington County Library.
Sarah Hanley’s debut novel, Matka, won the 2019 Minnesota Author Project award for adult fiction. Her second novel, Past the Midway, was released in 2020.
Thomas Peacock is a member of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Ojibwe. He has co-authored/authored books on Ojibwe history and culture, education, fiction and racism. His book, The Wolf’s Trail, won the 2020 Minnesota Author Project for adult fiction.
